Wintershall Dea announces a potential offering of subordinated notes in two tranches

Wintershall Dea GmbH, rated Baa2 (negative) and BBB (stable) by Moody’s and Fitch, the leading independent European Gas & Oil company, announced today a potential offering of two tranches of perpetual, subordinated notes denominated in EUR. Final terms will be determined at the time of pricing of the notes, which is subject to market conditions.

The company has mandated Citi as Sole Structuring Advisor, and Citi, Commerzbank and HSBC as Active Joint Bookrunners for this transaction.
